insurance, licenses, equipment, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Compensation structures, schedules, and project terms vary based on client agreements and individual independent contractor agreements. Specific terms will be provided during onboarding and formal contracting.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from applications, website use, or independent contractor opportunities shall be

resolved in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Texas.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in the State of Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
